Ro-Kyu-Bu SS! is not dropped, it’s just that we’re waiting for the Tokyo MX broadcast since AT-X is terrible and we don’t get caps for it. (And yes, it’s gonna be like this for the rest of the series.)
Also, the editor did indeed “quit” working on the series but we’ve got a backup one so everything’s going according to plan and episode 4 will be released today. tomorrow.

(That is, unless we magically find a translator in the next 24 hours.)
