I think the only unexplained joke this time is with Lake Shibire, as 痺れ means to feel numb or tingly. This episode, I was finally able to self-insert and imagine a day when I may go camping myself. What a badass that guy is.
There’s also the name of the inn at their campsite, which is not a JoJo reference but does sound like 奇妙 (‘bizarre’). Better than even odds that shows up in the dialogue next episode and burns us for not translating it, you heard it here first.
